Polyflon PF filters offer the superior chemical resistance of PTFE in a depth filter. Pure PTFE fibers are sintered, creating a depth filter matrix with improved handling characteristics as well as minimizing fiber slough-off for minimal down-stream contamination. The filters porous structure exhibits high air permeability with minimal pressure drop. PTFE has a wide range of operating temperatures -120°C to 260°C.
Applications include venting air and gases, filtering hot oils and strong solvents, airborne particulates, and separating aqueous and non-aqueous phases.
