Litmus Papers

Litmus test paper is a basic pH test to determine if a solution is acidic or alkaline with a simple color change of the paper.  A pH value is not detemined with a color chart.  Blue Litmus test paper changes "red" if the solution is acidic(<7 pH).  Red Litmus will change "blue" if the solution is alkaline (>7 pH)
