Glass Microfiber Filters are a depth filter media which retain particles within the matrix of fibers. These filters offer high loading capacity, good efficiency and high flow rates. Highly resistant to chemical attack and are thermostable. Glass fiber filters are biologically inert and provide minimum interference or background for the analysis of pollutants.
Glass Fiber Filters with binder offer higher wet strength and lower fiber release compared to no-binder grades. Ideal for various applications in water and air pollution analysis. A standard filter for liquid clarification and as a prefilter to extend membrane life. Use for liquids with a higher concentration of protein and for fine particles and aerosols.
